Write Up:
It turned out to be a great day for a climb! We weren't so sure when it was raining when we arrived at the parking lot at 7:30 AM. But the forecast called for it to clear out, so we decided to head up and see what the conditions were like.

We were rewarded with two moose sightings on our approach -- a cow and her calf by the lake and another cow as we approached Rockwell Falls. And we had blue sky and no wind for the ascent and on the summit. And to top it off, many of us took the plunge in one of the pools by Rockwell Falls on the way down.
