A beautiful day. We were joined by Diane Lungren and Tony King for a fun snowshoe. We started on the forest road where Star Meadow plowing ended. The snow was well packed by snowmobiles for the first two miles up the road to the trailhead. Snow was good to the summit with minimal'postholing. Views were great and we enjoyed a nice lunch on the old lookout site. The snow softened considerably on our return. A 9.5 mile journey with 2000 feet of gain.
