Write Up:
It was a great day for this exploratory hike - hiking up to Ptarmigan Lake, climb up some cliff bands and scree to the summit of Crowfeet then over to Henkel. The down-climbing on the ridge from Henkel to Apikuni and then the long ridge walk to the summit of Apikuni was a little more than what the group wanted to do so we were content to descend from Henkel back to our starting point. A great day with a great group!
