Write Up:
Our luncheon was held for the first time this year at the East Glacier Lodge, hosted by Glacier Park, Inc. Everyone, hands down, enjoyed the venue and the food was excellent. This year we had 78 adults and 4 children purchase a meal making this one of the largest luncheons we have had in recent years. The great thing was we were not cramped for room. The guest speaker was Mark Parratt, a park ranger from the 50s and 60s who shared stories from a book wrote chronicling his experiences working in Glacier NP. The board meeting was convened directly after the photo shoot by Bill Blunk. We had a full agenda and finished with our meeting at 6:50 pm. The luncheon for next year will be at the same location on July 23, 2011. See you next year.
