Write Up:
Due to closures on the east side of the park, we changed our climb from Goat to Lincoln Peak. High was in the 60's with overcast skies. Cold on the Summit. 15 miles RT; 4,318 elevation gain; 7 hours. Some snow travel slowed us down in the basin but the final push to the top was great. A successful summit for all three of us. Brenda Winkler, Bruce Lieffring, and Arynn Maznio. All-in-all a pleasant day in the mountains.
