Write Up:
Participants: Cindy Weaver, Pete Metzmaker, Michael Contrada, Michelle Fauth, Brendan O'Brien, Lori Neibaum, George Scherman. We started for Fforest road 546 on Emery Creek at 8:30. The first part of the trial was fairly dry, but in about 2 miles we encountered stream crossing that required wading or some degree of rock hopping. Around 6000ft there were fairly snowy stretches that were a bit slippy when side hilling. We left the trail before the saddle around the 6 mile mark and walked the ridge to Pyramid. It was a mix of snow and bushwhacking to the top. The weather was perfect and the bugs quite tolerable. By the Inreach we clock 16 miles and 4200 feet.
