Write Up:
It was a great day for a climb. It was suddenly halted about 200 ft. from the summit by a grizzly sow and her two cubs. They were lounging on the snowfield which was directly on our route to the summit. The grizzlies won and our climbing team retreated down the way we went up. Climbers were Paula Ferguson, Dell and Gail Meuchel, Karen Schuster, Jason Wilkes, April and Gary Seubert.
