While Wynn is often climbed by itself or as part of the Skyline Experience of Wynn to Siyeh, the east ridge and lower summit are more rarely visited. The whole group made the true summit and most of us then wandered across the east ridge to the east summit (just slightly lower than the true summit) which had great views of Sherburne, Boulder Ridge, and the Boulder Creek drainage. It did not take long to get there, and we then regrouped on the true summit for a descent back to the Cracker Lake trail. A beautiful day with a great group. Have some photos from this event that you'd like to share in our photo album? Please forward them to Tim Anderson at twamontana@gmail.com. Please note that we prefer to receive the photos in approximately 640x480 or 750x500 pixels - do NOT send original high-res photos. If you have a LOT of photos, please submit up to twenty of your favorites (only) for a day event, or up to forty of your favourites for a multi-day event. Thank you. |
