Write Up:
12 originally signed up. 8 total participants. Left parking at MP203 at 8:15 am. A Pleasant Walk to Firebrand pass with enough breeze to keep the bugs down. Encountered some snow after leaving the treed area. No issues. Decided to access the pass via the direct route to avoid cornice on the trail. Straightforward walk to the summit via ridge for a nice lunch. Descended via the SE scree field. Back to the cars at 3pm.
