Write Up:
The Vimy climb starts with a challenging bike ride to the trailhead. Dennis Eaves, Cindy Weaver, Gary and April Seubert were up for the experience. We all rode our mountain bikes because the trail is rutted and rocky. Plus there is a creek crossing which was flowing fairly strong due to the recent rain showers. We all changed into water shoes and carried our bikes a crossed. Once we got to the trailhead we followed the trail to the summit. The view from the summit is spectacular. We are planning to go back next year and add Vimy ridge to the climb.
