Write Up:
A beautiful day of skiing at Logan Pass. The biggest challenge was getting shuttle tickets to get to the pass since parking was limited to three hours in private vehicles. My advice, refresh often when trying to secure tickets on rec.gov. We skinned up the Hidden lake trail until we could travel on skis to the ridge above Hidden Lake. We took our skis off and booted up to the top of the ridge using crampons and ice axes. We then continued along the ridge until we could drop into the first couloir that had snow. We skied down to rock and traversed to the Reynolds end of the ridge. We booted up the snowfield that exists there, descended on skis and traversed back to the board walk trail. Wahoo! Much fun.
