Write Up:
Coordinator: Frank Wesolovski We had a great blue-sky day for the climb and a great group. We found the elk trail and scrambled up the gully to the goat trail traverse, then up a gully to the ridge and summit. Dropping of the back side, we ridgewalked to Mahtotopa’s summit. We then dropped into the basin between the two peaks and after a short bushwhack, were back on the trail. A fast-paced group that traveled well. Climbers were: Cindy Johnson, Brian Kennedy, Martin Valles, Frank Wesolovski, Ron Gruber, Ken Meckel, Rick Thomas and Barbara Schwarz.
