Wed. July 24th 2013 It was a perfect temperature for a climb up Sinopah (8,271') for a enthusiastic group of Glacier Mountaineers.Everyone was on time and ready to hit the trail at 8 AM, a short stop for some photos at Rockwell Falls and headed up the mountain for the view everyone had anticipated. On the summit with photos we had a short break and some went down the ridge to see the view off the front of Sinopah into Two Medicine Lake. And then the decent to Rockwell Falls and a cooling down of the feet in one of the pools. The climb was successful no one had any injuries. There was one more stop on the way out at one of the swamps for some pictures of a cow moose feeding on swamp grass . The group ended the day with a tailgate at 4:30 PM.(John Burnham,Josh Voeller,Jason Wilkes,David & Stacey Endebrock,Kevin Clairmont,Nathan Carlsen,James Hulvat and Jim Boyer) What a great group to work with. Thank you all for your patience. Jim Boyer Have some photos from this event that you'd like to share in our photo album? Please forward them to Tim Anderson at twamontana@gmail.com.
