It turned out to be a great day. So cloudy the days leading up to this, but for us the sun decided to come out and shine all day. The Lincoln lake trail was packed and we didn't really need snowshoes until we got near the ridge. The Snyder ridge trail only had one set of tracks that were several days old so we had to do some trail breaking, several people took turns. We ate lunch in the sun shine on the shore of Fish Lake it was really nice could have hung there all day, but we needed to get going. Crystal Ford was beautiful as it always is in the winter. The Sperry trail was hard packed and ice, again as usual.
